- You must be 17 years of age or older;
- You have a grandparent who was born in the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man;
- You have a grandparent who was born in what is now the Republic of Ireland before 31 March 1922;
- You are able to and intend to take or seek employment in the UK;
- You are able to maintain and accommodate yourself and any dependants adequately without recourse to public funds.
- You are able to provide proof of funds (e.g. a recent bank statement, no older than 1 month, showing a final balance of min AU$3000 which clearly displays your name and the last 3 months of transaction history. Please also provide evidence to explain any large deposits, e.g. payslips, receipts from sales of property, etc).
