What documents do I need to apply for the Cuban Tourist Card?

1. Original passport - valid for at least 6 months after the departure date from Cuba
2. Completed and signed application form
3. One passport photo
4. Flight Itinerary
5. Visa Processing Fee
6. Stamped self-addressed pre-paid special delivery envelope (registered or express preferred)

On the arrival in Cuba you will need 25 convertible pesos, for airport taxes.
